I have a Samsung Smart TV UE40F7000 with 1118 FW. I've donated 10$ to extra services forum access, and i've found a problem. Nor of 3 options to disable OTN Support to deactivate FW upgrade are works right for me. Here is a resume:
2.2 For F-series. You have to enable the extended service menu. There only 3 possibilities:
IR Blaster from the TV [1]
or IR device such Nokia or Samsung
or even build a IR transmitter [2]
3. Have to send FACTORY+3SPEED to the TV.
Option 1 fails. TV doesn't receive the codes FACTORY+3SPEEDusinf the original IR blaster Samsung TV connected to PC headphones.
Option 2 goes to an underestanded link.
Option 3 I have not tried it. I don't know how to do an IR blaster, and I think the first option supplies it.
Also I tried with ruSamsungTVCommunicator, and it fails too.
Two important questions:
1.- Can anybody help me, please?
2.- Can I try to apply new SamyGo patch without disabling OTN Support?
Thanks in advanced.

Try with android device with built-in Infrared blaster... Check the forum for the method.

With the ir blaster did you first enter "normal service menu". IMHO IR Blaster is very good method but you have to be patient and test it in different configurations/players/etc.

It's not written anywhere you have to unzip data.zip inside SamyGO_data folder. You should read instructions more carefully.

Model: UE40F6200
Firmware: T-MST12DEUC-1120.0
Works brilliant.
Also in connection with SamyGo PVR decoder.
Very beautiful is now the program is not longer stored on the TV but on the USB stick and I need no more Skype.
Great performance sectroyer.
