BD Firmware Downgrade (SamyGO Proof of Concept)

This BD player has B-BRCM53BSP firmware on board

Don`t think this is supported by samygo. Need older firmware than curently online available ver.1029.0.

I have version 1025.O installed. 1029 is the latest on the internet but I have not installed it.
I have installed " B-BRCM53BSP 1023.0" ( checked form the info file on the firmwaree uodate CD.
Pls help.

Do that - upgrade to latest firmware, after this reboot device and follow steps as written on the first post.

Thanks for the help. I Truly appreciate it.
Installled the latest version as advised from 1025 to 1029.
Then updated from samygo using method described in first post.
Now, Download has started to downgrade to 001090 version. Has reached 52 % till now.
Will post final result.

Thanks for your exceptional help. I have successfully downgraded My Blu Ray Samsing BD-D5300-XL from Firmware version B-BRCM53BSP-1209.0 to 1090.
All went well.
No hangup at 80% as reported as others.

Im happy to be proven wrong here with this comment but I think it's safe to say if you have a BD5100, once upgraded you can not roll it back to an earlier version.
Lots of people are asking how to do it, I was one but have also spent many days trying different things and suggestions with no luck.
If any one has had luck with the BD5100 please PM me as I would like to chat more but honestly I don't think it can be done as i have not seen or heard of any success stories.

Correct me if i`m wrong: this BD-D5100 player runs on CSP-D5100ZAB firmware (latest available on Samsung`s site ).

AND as you see on the first page, RUF firmwares aren`t supported by SamyGO and no plans for future. Apologies.

Is there a chance to upload firmware B-FIRBPEWWC 1006.3 (factory loaded FW ver.) ?
Device: BD-E6100
FW ver: B-FIRBPEWWC 1013.0

Pls, give a link to that firmware. We don`t have any umbilical cord to Samsung`s servces...

P.s. but on my network hdd i have B-FIRBPEWWC 1007.1...
