Hi guys, I'm stuck on the bd e-5900 (see images attached).
There are some things to mention:
1) app in smart hub does not show the icon.
2) when you get to the app it says F-series instead of E.
3) looks like some files are missing or they're being extracted in the process.
I have foramted the usb stick to Fat32 and installed to files as defined in the procedure.
is there something else that i should consider? thanks!

Nothing. You don't have Smarthub on this model. No Way.

Hello everyone,
I'm new here (registered today). I've been roaming the forum for a couple of hours and tried rooting my HT-F5500W (FW 1022) home theater with no luck.
It has smart hub but I've never been able to see the App (name or icon) on the smart hub screen.
Tried with both F versions provided on first page and with two different USB drives in FAT32. Also tried both USB slots (front and back) on the BR player.
Also tried pugging USB drive when player was OFF, reboot, still no icon.
I'm stuck and really want to get rid of Cinavia because my Home theater is connected to my NAS and I'm using Plex on it to watch all my movies.
Thanks in advance for your help.
