Samsung TV Firmware on the GO

Hello, I do have the same base model UE55HU8500, though mine is called UE55HU8590 in Germany. It is the curved version. The current firmware is T-GFP9DEUC-1090.4 .. It was the one that was on the TV when I got it. Samsung already shipped an update which I (obviously) not installed. OTN is disabled. I have the same problem as you do. There are no reboots, Skype no longer works and nothing else happens. The external USB is not even called during boot (no LEDs flashing). Even unplugging the power cord does not help.Vanav wrote:Hello.
I have model UE55HU8500 (in Europe it is called UE55HU7500T, in Germany: UE55HU7590L, in USA: UN55HU8550FXZA),
CPU: Golf.P (Samsung), firmware T-GFP8DEUC-2180.4. Is it supported?
I've followed instructions, there were no errors on screen (all green), there were no extra reboots, Skype become not functional, no logs on flash drive, no telnet. How can I debug this?
same here - yesterday there was a post of an alternative rooting method (WLAN.Module instead of Skype). Now this post is gone - I bet they are working on an solution behind the scenesBardioc wrote:Hello, I do have the same base model UE55HU8500, though mine is called UE55HU8590 in Germany.
