I got FTP access on 2013 Evolution Kit (firmware 1007.2)! My theory was correct, the libSkype.so is in different place on the Evolution Kit and that was the problem. I will test some more to make sure it doesn't have some strange side effects. If anyone with 2013 Evolution Kit wants to try it, feel free to send me a PM.

That's great, thanks for testing!
Sunvit: My edit works only with 2013 Evolution Kit. You have a F series TV so you should use the F series SamyGO.

I did new fireware my UE55F7000 - v1115.0
and after no problem old root. it worked. (worked old root. not new root)

I reset my tv and after root with samygo again.
its not be.
I've old samygo (1,75mb) and try again. its OK.
new samygo not work with new firmware.
UE55F7000 - new firmware v1115
