There is no such icon in the SmartHub on BD-E (at least not on my device). The apps area at the bottom scrolls sideways. Want a screenshot?

Hi,
I installed Samygo app. After one or two days, I have no more telnet access.
Reset apps, install Samygo one more time and after two days, no more telnet access.
One time on three, I lose all my recorded files...
So, I intend to change rc.local file in /mtd_exe partition.
I follow the following topic :

My problem is that getmkey do not work :
opening /dev/mem ok!
No key was supplied from a command line.
Using mackey from /dev/tfsr11
Error in opening tfsr11! Errno=0x6
May be /dev/tfrs11 is the wong device but I don't know which one is the good one.

Is there any clue about the reason why recorded files are lost ?
Does a procedure exist to backup/restore completely to keep firmware, setups and records safe ?
