I was lucky, i had a single pixel fault on my D6505 and was insured against that, so tomorrow i am getting a brand new UE46ES6715 replacement, then i just hope it performs better in 3D than the D-series. :D

When i bought my tv in 2011 it has presumably 3D in FullHD.
Later they told me, that there are presumably no standard in 3D FullHD
Later they have presumably a firmware 2000 which has presumably 3D in FullHD.
Later they told me, that the firmware 1018 is presumably the 2000 firmware.
Later they said, that the firmware 1020 is presumably the 2000 firmware.
Later they said, that the firmware 1020 has presumably 3D FullHD Support.
Later they said, that the firmware 1013 has presumably 3D FullHD Support.
Later they said, that presumably Santa Claus exists.
Later they said, that the earth is presumably a slice.
presumably....
presumably....
presumably....
I think there are someone on earth who presumably accepted the presumably 3D FullHD-Support of the D6er Series (presumably)    ???
There are presumably someone on earth who presumably belief that Samsung presumably made 3D FullHD-Support of the D6er Series in the future (presumably)    ??
I thoght i must laugh oneself to death (presumably)

What is important: This case is not only about the label "Full HD 3D" that Samsung used in the year 2011: Even though Samsung finally removed that label after thousands of customer complaints, Samsung still keeps secret about the resolution losses in all marketing material and data sheets, so that customers do not know about the 3D resolution losses ahead of a purchase.
After months of court action, in August 2012 Samsung finally signed the cease-and-desist order of the German consumer board VZBV:
http://www.vzbv.de/10102.htm

Samsung promises not to advertise TV devices with a resolution of 1920x1080 and 3D technology without mentioning any resolution loss in 3D mode.

What is important: Samsung kept secret about the 3D resolution losses in all marketing material and data sheets, so that customers did not know about this ahead of a purchase. With Samsung signing the cease-and-desist order to stop such deceptive advertising, ALL German D6 customers without proven knowledge of the 3D resolution losses at the point of purchase can now reclaim a D6 repair, replacement or refund, no matter when the purchase did happen. In Germany, customers have to approach their retailers individually for this (because Germany does not have class actions as in other countries). Retailers in return can hold Samsung accountable for a compensation of their losses. So finally, at least in Germany the case is now legally clear in favour of the affected customers, and Samsung can no longer just sit this out.
