Many thanks to the developer. PVRDecoder works without a problem on my UE32F5500 firmware 1113 rooted using "no developer account" method and Win 7 x64. I wonder if this will work without an internet connection (only LAN via wireles router).
I get the complete TS files, with a video track (MPEG1 for SD or H264 for 1080i), 2 audio tracks (MP2 stereo and AC3 5.1), one subtitle track (SUP and IFO).

today my tv is update the software. new software 1114 (EU55F7000)

not root after software.

I reset my tv and after setup the root and after pvrdecoder.

its working. and some problems haven't. (axample: channel guide Windows problem)

I also updated my tv UE F8000 by using the last firmware (1114.1) and everything seems too work well.

When I use "Decode selected recordings" then All Ok. But if I use "Rename .ts filenames on USB" then ChName and RecName on Russian not perceived.
Is there any way to fix?

I will try fiddeling a bit, once I understand the problem.

FTP support UTF-8. Why can not set UTF-8? Compatibility problems is absent.

There's a way to turn around the problem:

-Set "ts_outext": ".srf" in libPVRtoTS.config and path to decoded files ("ts_outdir"<>CONTENTS if you don't want original encrypted files to be overwritten)
-Enable Samba Server script on TV and mount PVRtoTS path above as network drive in Windows.
-In PVRdecoder, set this network drive as working AND output folder, make sure "Ask for confirmation when deleting temp files" option is checked.
-Create a false drmdecrypt.exe using args 2 and 4 which does not decode but only rename files (=rename $2 $4). Use it as "alternative payload". (I created one and I can attach it)
-Select your files to be renamed and launch "decode"
-Each time PVRdecoder will ask to overwrite .SRF file, answer no. Recording will be only renamed, with every special chars.

Tested and approved, it works!
