I think its better to use sourceforge for download,
because it has download counter for your file :)

I added change log to release but I prefer, include full change log to release at next time.

Source code not released yet?
I think you needed to release source first.
Binaries after.
If your source does not correspond exact Binary file, than GPL does not protect your for that version ;)
When your source ready, remind me too.via pm.
