Did you try to watchdog-off in Service Menu?
no need , watchdog can by plugin deactivated and after all finish again activated.
take care, i have download few directory?s
if u download all dir at once, it may take up more then an hour , depends of speed of the usb stick.

no need , this was 1st test before i do watchdog disable from software.
now u can read whole flash with sw watchdog disabled...
timo, basicly it is not need to reverse firmware (in ur case aes key),
ALL changes can be done by user application,
download firmware by plugin , modify it , upload again with plugin
patch is just need to do fix like in B - series
that is all....

Now no problem to make full dump? How about all partitions dump? i mean B series like(if here are) tbml0/1..tbml0/2...and so on. Or it is possible to know the structure of NAND (partition numbers)

basicly, no problem to make full dump
fw version is 2004 , the last published by samsung 2 days ago.
also i dont know whitch exact dir to read
but it is realy posible to read all dirs , i have read :
mtd_rwcommon
mtd_rwarea
mtd_exe
mtd_down
mtd_cmmlib
mtd_appdata
if i know more, sure can try.
by the way, i am not good in linux, so telnet enable i let someone other do
