I have the same problem!

What can I do?

I don't update the skype app, but it doesn't help at this moment! And I used the last version of SamyGo ExtensionsForFSeries.

Did you update to 1118? And after that root stopped?

I hope to be of help ... my steps were: I updated my F8000 with 1118 (before I was in 1116) and I lost root access also with the old skype. I deleted samygo and skype and I've reinstalled (I installed the new skype and samygo with usb method) but no root access. Greetings all!

Yes, and then I lost the root. I Have uninstall SamyGo Extensions and Skype. And then I reset the smarthub.

I install then SamyGO and Skype...

If I start SamyGo and click enter to install he say OK!

But After the restart I have no root!

Reading what people say here I have seen conflicting reports if Skype works after you install Samygo again? So does it or not?
If Skype works after you reinstall Samygo, then this could mean that the location of one file is different (like on 2013 Evolution kit).
If Skype does not work after you reinstall the Samygo, then that means that the files are copied to the right place and something else is wrong.

We I go in the SmartHub an click on the Skype add, then comes "Skype start" and the next is load...then Skype don't came!

I thing it is the same probleme from f8090 and the 2013 Evoltuition Kit!

I hope anywhere came finde the misstake!

That confirms the files are copied, so at least its still possible to copy files to system, I guess that's good news.
Bad news is that then I have no idea how to fix it, so we need to hope that the original developer (no idea who he is) of Samygo has time and a F series TV to take a look.

I wonder if Samsung finally decided to block Samygo or is this just a byproduct of a change in firmware?
I must say that Samygo is one of the reasons why I have bought 3 Samsung TVs in last two years... So if this will be successfully blocked at some point, I will need to reconsider my future TV purchases.
