"Use one of the methods" doesn't mean all methods should work. ruSamsungTVCommunicator is not suitable for your TV, you have to try another one :) (e.g. don't you have an IR blaster that came bundled with your TV?)

The over network method (ruSamungTVCommunicator) has not worked for a couple years now since samsung is blocking it for all new firmware. You have to use one of the IR solutions.

method with ir-blaster and wav-files doesn't work. i tryed with two ir-blasters. what happens if i don't disable otn support and use prepared fat32? might tv-led blinking while playing wav-file? my tv doesn't do anything when playing ir-music. may be i'm stupid i do something wrong? :?

Which device are you using to play waves? The one you're using probably doesn't have enough output volume, try another one (usually audio out of a computer at its maximum level does the job, nearly NEVER a mobile device. Also try with different media players and first check with "simple" keys such as INFO.wav)
Nothing will happen if you don't disable OTN support, except that TV will automatically update to newer fw each time one comes out, possibly permanently blocking root in the (near) future.

Factory reset/restart root procedure from scratch did the job for a guy above, you might try as well :)
