I wish Samsung Consumer Support Manager doesn't returns to my e-mail with same answer because it make me upset and I count this if they thinking me as a dummy...
Than I might wanted to show them who is dummy... I believe Samsung really doesn't wanted to find they-self such a bad scenario...
