NetSurf Web browser - flash support add?

Post by moras86 »

Virtual keyboard is great - tested on Samsung LE40B651T3W with firmware 2005. Thanks you ffischer :)
I only have problem when I add polish signs for VKB. I use Trebuchet MS font and site show good signs but when tray type URL i got squares in place of my national sign (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?).

I have question about FLASH PLUGIN.
It is possible to implemented/port Flash Plugin from RISC OS? Here is source - http://users.ecs.soton.ac.uk/jmb202/

I was testing NetSurf R3 release a few minutes ago with USB-to-PS2 converter and wireless PS/2 A4Tech keyboard. It works well, but it was neccessary to connect additional USB keyboard to the TV-set, though.
I realized that I don't need a mouse to browse web pages! Great work!

I have found 2 bugs:
1) "z" letter problem (described above by raulvola)
2) some keys on remote control are not blocked (try to hit [TV] button and see what happens)

For those who want to disable output.log: you can copy NetSurf to TV's internal memory, then run telnet and type

Code: Select all

ln -fs /dev/null /mtd_tlib/GGame/NetSurf/output.log
Please don't do this if you don't know what this command does exactly!
I expect (I hope) logging will be disabled permanently inside NetSurf module in the near future.
