We don't redistribute firmwares.

Anyone could try patching firmware on linux and test it?

That means SquashFS program for WinXP has defect. So will drop Windows compatibility if some one don't find a proper windows version of SquashFS 3.0

I don't inspect 2009 but don't wait for any improvement on new firmwares.
Users with new FW cannot burn older firmware because they have no telnet(since there is no Ethernet jack), and no ExLink (they disabled at latest fw.).
So there is no way to turn 2008 back for that TVs.
If there is a way that could be JTAGing, that requires some special tools and electronic JTAG experience/knowledge.

1- Many of B550 has bricked by their owners because of changing model number to B650...
2- Yup, It "can" see if he knows what to do. But basically, they are technicians, not engineers, so they simply change the board. Also they have no time to "inspect" software.
3- No, that hack cannot be accomplished by Firmware Patcher. But I open a topic for archive that : http://forum.samygo.tv/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=577 with users help, I am sure about that we can enable WiFi connection to our Samba/NFS shares.
