tonneto,
First, your TV is CI+ and keep hands away from FFB
Second, i don't know witch version of your firmware is the latest. Tell please release date of this firmware. Might it is pre-FEB and you do not need to downgrade
Third. If your Fw is pre-Feb, you could flash patched firmware to TV. You need RSA Dissabler application to be runned on TV before to do that.
Fourth. You need check if firmware patcher supports your firmware. look at wiki B series compatibility table.

You have two ways:
Both makes job for you and it is up to you which way you use.
If you have just installed the latest firmware, try first method. If you do not get any success, then your choice is FFB. Or you can make all the job with FFB - you get images for u-boot and debug console restored to normal state.
What is your firmware T-CHU7DEUC?
