Good ideas. I'll add a check whether /mtd_ram is really a ram filesystem before copying, too. Copying to a wrong flash position can be dangerous...

Tesed avrfix2-noncip.zip and found there was problems. Switching is not good, screen corruption on some mode. I think this due Patched 2005 firmware. will test with original 2005 too.

No, you can't use that yet because your TV has no Content Library / Game menu...
