PVR at C series are DRMed. So you can't watch those videos on anywhere but your own TV.

Also we do not "implement" PVR code. We just use Samsung's own PVR code in B series TV. They just disable that code and we activate it with some gui, that is all.

If you have speed problems with your flash, I advice you to record via NFS or Samba mount. I use it and have no any performance problem.

You needed to try to record stream via TOP Debug Menu but first you needed to enable "character" input to write file name to that menu since you use CI+ TV.
Boring problem little hard to archive but not impossible definitely.

I am sure that multiple CI+ users have PVR working. That might be about your Decrypt card/module... Don't know actually. But if you search on CI+ PVR, you could find users that record their TV's with it..
