SamygoPVR v0.10
Changes:
- import sbav1's energy saving code with some modifications (disabled by default, please see pvr.ini)
- import doodlecz's Audio Stream Switcher v0.2
- disable Audio Stream Switcher by default (the switcher is not CI+-friendly for now)
- enable LOG_KEYCODES option by default
- add T+ key prefix for TV touch buttons (this also fixes the bug found by vangelm)

Really nice app update.
I only got small suggestion for Energy Saving futures. I usually use "High" mode of energy saving, but always after use
panel on/off energy state back to "Off". I think will be great to add in config option like this:

SamygoPVR v0.10.1: minor release.
Changes:
- fixes in energy saving code (
sbav1's logic wasn't touched though)
- add logging into loader (see loader.log file)

It was just my mistake. In v0.10.1 the last energy saving state should be restored.

Unfortunatelly yes, ESAVING_PANEL_OFF don't work correctly on CI+ yet. Maybe
sbav1 can fix this.

jssr, I think SamygoPVR cannot run on T-CHEAUSC because of some symbols absence in your exeDSP. Please run SamygoPVR v0.10.1 and show your loader.log file.

Tray it, but didn't work as it should.
When use keys
M+3 for panel on energy mode back to previous state (my "High"), but when I use any remote key mode set to "Off" (also show info box).
