For re-hacking:
1. format /mtd_rwarea
2. use hotel mode hack.
or if you like better - downgrade to 3005 and re-hack it over widget. It is up to you.

Why couldn`t you read wiki? here is how to make exlink cable and where it is located too. It is VGA connector.
No other way to format /mtd_rwarea.
I do not believe that your TV has no VGA connector outside.
