Disable antivirus, or add exception for nc.dll?

I do NOT receive any PM. Please use forum.
Re: [PC] SamyGO PVRDecoder for E/F series - Version 1.5.3.4
Uhmm - Right, - You may have found a bug ... this error-message is not really network-related, and thus not firewall-related.
But as Zoe says, some antiviruses consider Netcat "unsafe", and will block it !
Wether its your antivirus or not .. The precise reason for the error is that the PVRDecoder was able to load NC.DLL,
but was UNABLE to find the right entry-point inside the DLL .. and thats rather strange as the DLL is carried by the
PVRDecoder itself, and has been fully integration-tested. Your antivirus is the OBVIOUS suspect here ...
Anyway ..you are perhaps also the only user still using Netcat !
Please tell me what port you are using for telnet, your TV-model, firmware-version and SamyGO-version ..
I believe you would be better served using port 23, if your SamyGO-installation will support it.
The reason for this is that newer SamyGO-installations provide true telnet on port 23, and that
works much much better with the PVRDecoder .. the netcat-module was supposed to be removed entirely
a few versions of the PvrDecoder back, but it was left there to provide backward compability, and look ... it dosent !
Please, - do upgrade your SamyGO-installation if its less than brand-new

Re: [PC] SamyGO PVRDecoder for E/F series - Version 1.5.3.4
If you already have decrypted .ts, no need for PVRdecoder, just retrieve them by FTP (in /dtv/usb/sd*/CONTENTS)
PVRdecoder has many more advanced options such as filenaming, but it starts from encrypted .srf

Re: [PC] SamyGO PVRDecoder for E/F series - Version 1.5.3.4
What Zoe is saying is, that EITHER
you use the PVRDecoder to decode movies (will convert a .srf encrypted recording to DRM-free .ts recording)
- OR -
You install libPVRtoTS.so into TV ... TV will then produce the DRM-free .ts files you want WHILE the recording is happening !
When the recording has finished, the .ts file you want is ready on TV, and you can get it from TV using ANY FTP-program you want.
The new version of the PVRDecoder to be released in a few days (or hours) will detect DRM-free recordings, and act like a simple FTP-program in such case.
The older version of the PVRdecoder will try to decode a file that is already decoded .. and fail. Thus Zoes advise to use a 3rd party FTP-client until new version of
PVRDecoder is out ..

I connect tv with filezilla into mtd_rwcommon folder.
