i will post a pic of the writing soon as i can, cant connect my pc at the moment and yes its the 3d.mpo file from a usb stick plugged into my blu-ray player.

yer sorry for some reason i thought my player went auto to 3d mode it did not :s
how would u go on trying to explain this problem to a retailer to get it replace ?

Thank you for contacting Samsung and I have pleasure in providing the following assistance.
Although your TV may be full HD, the film you are watching may not be-please check the specs on the back of
the box-or the Blu Ray player you have may not output full HD either (or you may need to change the resolution
to do this)
If all of the above are full HD, how do you have them connected i.e. SCART lead, Component, Composite,
HDMI etc as this will greatly affect the resolution you can achieve?
