HI!UE48JU6400.how to get into an extended service menu to disable OTN Support?
1:INFO+MENU+MUTE+POWER I enter the service menu,later FACTORY + 3SPEED.the screen changes colors. I turn off the TV.Again I enter the service menu,disable no possibility OTN Support:( 2:I turned on the TV,INFO+FACTORY,I went into a large service menu, but still no way to disable OTN Support:(

No way to disable OTN if it's greyed. Only way to avoid updates is to block URLs on router (ASAP).

I made a SamyGO Service RC config file for the free app IRCoid that's availabe for android phones with onboard ir-emitter aka ir-blaster (such as samsung galaxy....) this app also allows entering custom ir codes and has a built in converters where you can put in config values from other ir config formats such as lirc or rc5...

how can be used this file?

Download RCoid APP in play store. The Author also notified me that SamyGO Service Remote is now available for in-app-download.
