Maybe try to set Telnet port to 2023 in PVRdecoder settings

Uhmm, you show two screenshots, concerning two different IP?s
xx.xx.xx.100 and xx.xx.xx.103
Does that work for you ?

100 my tv's IP
103 (on modem rooter) my PC IP
this modem property same. never change

In fact the downloaded file size is only 25 MB instead of 581,73. I tried different times, restarted both the tv and the pc but nothing changed.
This thing happens with all the recordings, either on windows and on mac (with wine), over cable lan and over wifi.

I feared something like that could happen.
The case is this :
The Decoder tells the TV to decode the file we want to download.
The TV (hopefully) start to decode the recording. The TV will produce a log that decoding is in progress.
The PVRDecoder monitors this log, looking for a special line that indicates that decoded file has been created and is being written.
At this point the PVRDecoder starts its download under the ASSUMPTION that the decoder-progress on TV is faster than the download.
If it was to happen that download was faster than decoder FTP-server in TV would reach end-of-file too "soon".
sectroyer who programmed the decoder running on your TV promissed it wouldent happen .. ever !
How fast (slow) is your TV-model ?
I may have to put a switch to serialize, or some parameter were delay can be set ..
Need more feedback .. any !

Infact I thought that it could be due to the speed of the connection... A few minutes ago I tried once again and this time I succeeded to download that same file over wifi. Then I connected to the lan in order to download the next file with a better speed and - surprise
- that happened again. After only 37 MB of 1,15 GB the download stopped. The average transfer speed was 75 MB/s - 113 MB/s.

So, do I have a LAN-problem, or is your TV-model low end (no offence) ?
I need either others reporting issue, or accept that a very few TV?s are not fast enough to
support the decoder-faster-than-download pragma .. or should I add a serializing-switch perhaps .. hmmmmm

It may be, I don't know. But consider that it's still a quad core model made in 2014...
Anyway, now I'm downloading over wifi at the average speed of 16 MB/s and it's working.
