I have a UE40D6500 with fw version T-GASDEUC-1028.0 I can downgrade fw version? This firmware does not have youtube.

Hi,Please help me with my situation.
I have ht-h6550wm/xy with software version 1112.0.
My Biggest problem is that it does not save any changes in settings that I make.
Must be a software issue.
I have tried to Reset in settings and also long press stop button but none helped.
I am thinking to downgrade or just reflash the same firmware.
But USB method or DNS trick 46.101.161.175 not working.
Please help as the player is basically useless as every time when I turn it on it starts with factory default settings.
