Do you mean I should repeat the 2nd command until I see the output you said?
The confusion is UNTIL itself is a command..

VDLinux#> /sbin/insmod /tmp/antysfd.ko
insmod: can't insert '/tmp/antysfd.ko': invalid module format
VDLinux#> /bin/dmesg | /bin/busybox tail

Wonderful. You did run two commands quickly? No big pause?

Superb!!!. Change USB stick and re-download files (no need to re-root). Your current USB stick is broken/doesn't work

Everything else looks okay

Morning,
I used new USB which contains the directories
- InstallSamyGO-H
- SamyGO (includes samyext4.img as well)
Turned off TV
Plugged in USB
Turned on TV
Waited for 10 minutes
Now I try to FTP to my TV
- (Port: 21, user: root, password: "SamyGO")
Result: Timeout detected. (control connection). Connection failed.
Tried anonymous login and still the same result
Please help

I hope I executed the correct command. This is what I did:
Code: Select all
D:\nc>nc 192.168.0.88 3123
/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
VDLinux#> /sbin/insmod /tmp/antysfd.ko
D:\nc>
As you can see, it automatically quit netcat. So haven't executed any further commands.
I did not do any of these 18 steps from here :
viewtopic.php?f=70&t=9622#p78536, since you said I do not need to root again.
Please helpe me what next
Thanks a lot
