I believe you needed to use decoded files. Bur there is some users reported that encoded files are working too.
Since I don't burn my flash manually, I don't know exact answer but I guess it's decoded one :)

password must be with letters and numbers. e.g. abc123. Did you?

Yes, you have to enable wiselink write on in Service menu.

Enabling Add/Delete in Content Manager
If your TV does not have the functions to be able to add or delete content to the TV memory using the Content Manager, this can be enabled: Control -> Sub Option -> Wiselink Write -> On
After this, you should see option for yelow button.

You can use SamyGO extension Tool Pack at your TV. But reversing back to 2006 is not easy thing on CI+ devices.
