Good file but BAD procedure. I think you did run widget TOO MANY times It will NOT work better n-th time Switch to cable, reboot tv switch to wi-fi, reboot tv, reapeat 4 times and after that once you boot tv (on wifi) run widget ONCE. Then power off tv and paste insmod_qca.sh
