i have on root a long time ago but totally slow the youtube, web browser app, is that normal? upgrade for the latest firmware for it or not?

Smarthub resetted but nothing happened for lagging, so i try later firmware upgrade

Okay looks like works, but on webbrowser didnt m.facebook.com, 404 error sad, this worked before , i think need firmware updating?
