My Firmware is 1006.
I am no expert on BlueRay players, but my best guess would be .... NO! ;-)

Besides that, - wrong thread I think .. this is not a thread about rooting, but about
a tool that becomes usable after you have rooted a E- or F-series SmartTV

thank you for the quick Response.
Yes, i have changed the default port 23 to port 2023 in the Decoder tool, and i use Win7 64 bit.
and evrything was resetted more than one time.
The hint regarding timing can be useful: I connected the tv via a wince2001 device ( a mini switch , which has WLAN on one end and Lan on the other end, there are 2 ip addresses involved , one shows the tv in its Network Status (the lan end) and one is shown in the Routers DHCP, which is the WlAN end) . The tv has no direct WLAN and cable is not available in that room), but using Internet and data servcices works without problems. I try to change the connectivity and let you know later, if this was the reason.

Thanks. :)
Excuse me, but it seems, my tv and it?s firmware is somehow different. Unfortunately, I could not get my ES5700 liking the way , how PVRDecoder talks FTP , also with the removal of the WLAN/LANBridge, no luck at all. Now, I tried to use a FTP reverse proxy (CrushFTP) and look there, FTP seems to be forwarded to the TV, and no communication errors happen anymore. However, I?m still not able to decode, because the telnet commands are now also sent to the proxy (same address), and it can?t forward them. At least with the proxy, I was able now to upload programs like SamyGOso, LibPVRtoSO.so, LibPVRtoTS.config and others, which PVRDecoder.exe extracts out of itself. I guess, these programs can be used to decode manually by entering some console commands via telnet, but I couldn?t find any hints regarding the command line syntax in this forum. Can anybody help?

I am 98.25% sure that your problems are to be found somewhere within your "wierd" network setup :-)

I challange you to try it using a standard router using standard wifi or standard cabeling.

Once you get it working in a "normal" (or call it basic) network-configuration, you can surely
isolate the problems with your more exotic setup.

Thank you for the quick response.
I want to use the PVRDecoder with my F-series SmartTV BlueRay-player, do you have another thread?
In the forum for BlueRay-players I cannot find any type of the F-series.

Problem solved after adding PASV-mode to the PVRDecoder. Users affected by same problem may request PASV-enabled version in PM.
Next public service-release will include PASV-mode, although there is no ETA for next service-release.

No, not yet - It is planned for a future version, but at this point the needed knowledge to
interface into the EPG-database and Scheduler-database does not exist ..

We need skilled reversers like the departed Bugficks to "create" the needed knowledge
(and tools) for this to become possible.

Check back here in a year or so
