After using SamyGO_usb.zip
In both widget screens all items were green OK
Is those means that I was able to root my TV?
How can I check that I have root access?

FYI after restart TV I have tried to use PVR manager (Win version) via Wifi, but it was not able to connect to the IP of the TV

Better ask in concerned thread :)
Check FTP/Telnet, access means root. Btw, you didn't unplug USB, right?

So the USB should be there forever (when TV starts)?

Yes, except if you downgrade to fw<1120 then use current thread root which doesn't need USB.
Btw, not only "when TV starts", but "when TV IS ON" :)

Ok so I will definitely need a dedicated USB drive for SamyGo, better not to use my 32GB stick for that, a 1 GB is enough (for PVR I have a HDD)
Thanks zoelechat

Yeah, 1Gb is enough but it's strongly advised not to use "an old crappy slow one" (very common amongst 1Gb ones ;) )
You can also do a small partition on any permanently plugged device.

So you saying that if I create a second Fat32 partition at the end of the HDD I use for PVR, that is also enough and the TV will handled it BAU?
