Hi sectroyer. I'm having the same issue as what user "kaydee" encountered before (page 9 of this thread).

Note: sda1 is the recording USB. sdb1 is the rooting USB.
I did the cable-reboot-wifi-reboot cycle 4 times and I was able to get the network_type_info.txt file in the USB. I forgot to screenshot the last app log but it looks that same as above except the network_type_info line which shows [OK] in my last attempt:
Copying from:'/mtd_rwarea/network/network_type_info' to: '/dvt/usb/sdb1/network_type_info.txt'[OK]

Below are the log files I got from the rooting USB (sdb1):

yeah you did NOT make a copy OF FIRST run of script. Now switch to wif, reboot, switch to lan reboot. Repeat few times and THEN root. Make a copy of insmod_qca.sh and post :)

After doing the LAN-reboot-WIFI-reboot cycle four times, I ran the InstallSamyGo-H again and got the following:

I rebooted the TV, waited 5 minutes, powered off the TV and unplugged the USB to backup the files. Here's what I got:
