Samsung internal player issues

Hello,

Does anyone else found it difficult to use internal player to play downloaded mkv files? I'm getting an unsupported file format error.

Tried different 2015 models and the problem seems to be affecting all tested ones.

The same file works fine with HU models, but not with JU.
Is it some sort of firmware bug or samsung internal player is getting worse?

there was a problem with my hard drive cable. after getting a new one no more errors;)
