Issue with remote control after root

Hi all,

After few minutes of root TV hack, i can't use my remote controller ... Any touch don't works, i can't shutdown off my tv, or change channel, etc... When i press the touch, i see the LED in the tv, but nothing change !
The final solution is that shutdown the tv with electric cable, and replugg it to restart tv :s

Can you help me please, Is there a fix for this issue ?
