How can i activate pvr function on ju7500 Turkey model ?
When i try to record something an error appears left down corner on the screen any says "Not Available"

I've same problem on JU7000...

I couldn't open service menu either

Before all of these, you can want to note your TV Menu Setings, because end of this operation, we have to perform Factory reset.

And also, unfortunately, we will loose Turkish Menu... (I will try to select TR in service menu/option/PnP language.)

1- download this program to your smart phone

2-Open your TV on any TV program, push S1 and S2 button on program (just wait and you can see Service Menu)

3-Select Option menu, and Select EU instead of EU_TURKEY

4-Turn back and select "MRT option" menu and check "PVR support" set ON

5- Turn back and select Factory reset.

6-You can set your TV's Wifi, region (no Turkey in the list) and SAT settings.

7-Connect HDD wherever you wished USB (I used both USB 3.0 and one connect USB. And 60 GB NTFS 2.5" HDD)

8-Select a program, use record button for PVR or pause button for Timeshift. For a first time, TV wants to test your HDD.

Finally, I can't understand that why is Samsung hide this simple operation on 4500TL price latest TV?

Today I experienced another problem with the guide screen. There were actual channel preview at the top left of the screen. Today I have rescaneed D-Smart Channels and this screen is not displaying anymore.

Do you know the solution?

When you select the (D-smart) source, push down arrow... You can see your options... If you wish, activate or deactivate the last screen preview...

Your mail couldn't reach to me... How is your LOCKED CHANNELS situation? When you select locked channels, does the PIN CODE entry screen show?

Locked Channels are ok.
By the way I still could't find an option to activate preview screen on Guide. It is working for Satellite but not for D-Smart. It was working before..
