I have bought ue40h7000 with t-mst14deuc-2800.1, bt-s/g/k.... 
Will it possible to root in future ???

Doesn't work for me. Upgrade process stops at 98% ("Error, Try Again" or something like that, not sure) :/
I'm a bit insecure to try the Upgrade to 0000 again, don't want to risk brick TV. (UE65H6400, wasn't cheap^^)

if DOWNgrade to 0000 fails simply request replacement

ok, i can confirm, DOWNgrade from 2800.1 to 0000 works.
I try another USB-Stick and compare local File MD5 and SHA1 with that copy on Flash Drive to check file integrity.
