UE46ES6710 with T-MST can not downgrade Firmware

Hello gyes.
I have TV-set model: UE46ES6710
FW: T-MST10PDEUC-2006.0
SW: 002006
I can not Downgrade firmware. When I set DNS into my TV-set as on first page, all traying to software update are not working (problem with connection).
Can I downgrade FM of my TV-set (ES-series) from USB or another method?

Only by rooting and using libFWDowngrade

I can't downgrade FW T-MST10PDEUC 2006 by a method "libFWDowngrade", someone can help/prompt to me with it?
TV model UE40ES6307.
