UE22H5600 install develop app

Hi all! I've an UE22H5600 smart samsung tv and I want to install SS IPTV or nStreamLmod in order to watch my Vu+Solo2 channels (with server tuner activated) in the tv.
I follow this steps:
1 Press MENU button (for TVs with touch RC - press MORE, then select MENU).
2 Go to section Smart Features, Samsung Account. Select Enter.
3 In e-mail field enter develop, the field Password leave blank.
4 Press SMART TV button, scroll to Apps and select More Apps.
5 On any of the installed apps, hold the Enter button down for few seconds
6 In menu appeared select IP Setting
7 Enter IP (my own IP with a webserver an nstreamLmod for example, or some public IPs with SS Iptv widget on it)
8 Enter context menu again (long press on any app) and select Start App Sync.
And now it says "...requested" but nothing happens... it doesn't install anything...
This step is not done:
9 SS IPTV / nStreamLmod should appear in apps' list when the installation is finished
