Hi,

I have 55JU7500 Series TV. There are 2 different set of scanned channels from the same cable. 1st is the Satellite, Second one is D-Smart (Local Satellite Pay TV provider channel list). So, Up to yesterday, I was able to see these preview screen on EPG list at top left. But I have re-scanned D-Smart channels and now This screen disapeared. I am only able to see it on Satellite list but not on D-Smart list.
Is there anyone experienced this problem?

So I have fixed problem, but with a strange method. First I have exported channel list. Than reset the TV. Afterwards I did not make a channel search but loaded the exported channel list and tadaaaa...Mini preview was there.
I think it is because of service specific provider search is disabling the mini preview on the EPG screen. But It works on free sat searched list. So Loading a list did the trick.
