Samsung 4K UHD JU6500 Series Smart TV/Wi-Fi setup

I have Comcast cable which provides Xfinity Wi-Fi hot spot for free. I don't have Internet though, no modem, no router.
My android tablet and phone connect just fine to the Xfinity Wi-Fi hot spot but I can't figure out how to connect the TV to it.
According to Samsung live chat my TV is not capable of this type of Wi-Fi connection.
Does anyone know a way to make this work anyway? A work around or app hack?
