Hi guys

I searched and looked around, so I fear I already know the answer to this, but:

Is there a way to mirror the TV screen to a (Android) device? So like a reverse Cast?

The old Samsung Smart View PC application could do this, but even they stopped supporting this. And anyway, I need (well, want) it to an Android box.
I think they even dropped the AllShare completely from the newer J models. Apparently the content providers had a sit-down and a "good-talk" with Samsung about display sharing.

Maybe some low level Linux binary that constantly grabs and sends the videobuffer?

Yes, I can confirm this works with my H5570 and the Smart View 2.0 application. I haven't been able to test a version on Android though. I once grabbed an APK off a site to try with ArcWelder in Google Chrome (that didn't work), but the APK is here: http://schwart6.home.xs4all.nl/smartview2/

I think old APKs are spread more though, let us know when you find a working version!

I have H6500 FW: T-MST14DEUC-2130 (network root) Clone TV and Second TV with Smart View 2.0 don't work and TV freeze.
What could cause this? FW on TV? Operating system? I'm using Windows 10 and 8.1. Any ideas?

I think ssh conflicts with mirroring, you should try to disable its script (02_01_sshd.init -> 02_01_sshd.init.dis, reboot...)
