Hi All,

I have a problem with my ES6800. The moment in want to change picture setting from standard to movie, dynamic or natural the TV crashes. Switching on off does not solve the matter. Even in movie settings the TV starts up in crashed mode. With crashed I mean that the panel crashes with only vertical coloured lines randomly across it. I'm on stock firmware 02007 .

From Service menu. But be carreful what you touch there.
Also you can try smarthub reset first from menu. Or try press EXIT for more then 10s.

Did the reset via service menu but no result.

Well, don't change picture mode then

Does firmware downgrade help ?

Still gotta try that. I'll get back on it. Also awkward is that in the support menu the type says type UE40 While it is an UE46. Something tells me that through some sort of mishap UE40 firmware is loaded that is not understood by a 46" panel. The 3D feature (never used) is also dead..

Change the pannel setting. There are 3 that start for 46, one of them should solve the problem.

I have this tv, and had the same problem, doing it I solved the problem.

On the other hand I've changed the front color and I need the original value.

Please could you tell me it? Is in the same menu as panel in the service menu
