After Factory Reset in Service Menu my Device Name is changed from UE55J6350 to NE5500
and I can't change this, but Name is not my problem, after that I can't run Apps and can't connect to internet.

You have to unlock extended service menu and then you will be able to change it.

Hey, my UN60JU6500 did the same thing after replacing main board.. Does the name affect anything else as far as functionality or (dare i say it) what firmware updates the TV will or will not receive?
