J6272 + UDPXY + SMART IPTV

hi,
I have J6272 MODEL with eth cable connected to it. I installed smart iptv app and run UDPXY app on my raspberry pi 3. The problem is that when switching between channels in VLC, the channel switches in like 4sec but on a TV it takes like 15sec. I contacted the smart iptv app creator and he said to tune the udpxy settings, but they are OK. Are there any samsung's default buffers I can tune?
