UE40H6240AY Firmware downgrade

I have firmware problems with this TV.
on internet I could not find anything, so I turn to you:)
firmware on tv is 2841 on samsung site there is 2820.1
Can i do downgrade to 0000 to 2820.1?

You should (if Samsung didn't block fw 0000), just
try and tell us
But if you don't disable OTN support and/or block updates on router level, TV will almost instantly auto-re-upgrade to latest.

ok bat, what see when firm 0000 is istall on tv?
and if install firm 0000, I lose the warranty suppose (if it freezes)

You will see 0000.0 . Firmware 0000.0 is downgrade from samsung then you need to upgrade to any lower firmware then 2820.1

ok i downgrade to 0000.0 and return to 2820.1 same problem risolved, bat don't enter in service menu and reset menu is disable
I do not understand what this has tv....

Which part of "LOWER than 2820.1" you did NOT understand ?
