hello, i have an UN32J5205AF, buy it from Canada. my firmware is 1025 and i can't find am upgrade. The TV said that it is no upgrade. I using SMART TVIP this donate. i have 2 problems:
1. sometimes i have not sound ... TV bufering and after that i have sound... then tv buffering and i have sound.... generaly one time is with sound one tine it is without. It is a problem from my firmware. Should I upgrade with USB Key?
2. every 10-15 sec my TV stop the chanel and buffering. It is o problem from my TV firmware, my router (Netgear N600), my internet provider (Ebox - 20 mbps download)?

1. Firmware code is T-N14MJAKUC. Latest download is 1022, 1025 seems to be newer from factory.
2. Do you use wifi or ethernet cable? Try to connect using cable.

i conect it using cable... and it is the same problems!
