H6400 - Lip sync issue

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a Samsung 40H6400 TV, brand new, only over the last couple of days I have had time to unpack and set it up.

I'm a tad OCD so instantly I have noticed the lip sync issue with Freeview HD and when playing MKV's over DLNA.

The TV has been updated to software 2850.3 which is the latest, also connected to a gigabit switch via CAT6. This is for the bedroom, I am relying soley on the TV internal speakers.

I have looked within the main menu Audio, Additional Settings and Audio Delay it will let you go from 0 to 250 but I have changed this to 250 just as an example and it hasn't made any difference? A factory reset has also been performed, no difference.

I have yesterday gone into the service menu Speaker Delay Normal was set to 0x0Ah and I have changed this to the maximum and this hasn't made at all difference for TV or playing MKV's over DLNA to improve the lip sync.

Please any advice is welcome, I really want to keep the TV, thanks.

PS: I'm currently watching Last Vegas on Channel 4 HD and it is out of sync, only just which is also the same with MKV's, the sync isn't completely off, but just enough to be recognizable.

Nobody with any ideas? Surely I'm not the only one that has experienced these issues?
