I have a problem, after factory reset my smart hub got very slow and all app's disappeared only the webbrower does work.
I tried again a factory reset and a smarthub reset and a system reset but nothing works, smart hub stays very slow and laggy, no apps only webbrowser.
can somebody help or have somebody the same problem?

well,happened to me also.
i do that:
go to menu and upgrade firmware.do it for 2 time.tv will said no firmware avaialble but smart hub will work again(let the otn support off in service menu)

Thanks worked also for me, i tried so many thinks and in the end its so simple haha
