Hello forum,

I purchased my F7100 in Singapore and moved to Germany. I have a cable subscription put in the menu I can't choose cable, only option is terrestrial. Terrestrial search only find analog channels.
Since a couple of days I'm searching for a solution.

I tried a couple of things:
- Change country setting to Germany, can't access the menu, due to my firmware version 2139. Tried every option
- Service menu: I assume that I have to change the parameter 'local set' from Singapore to Germany. Unfortunately this is greyed out. Any chance that I can change this?

Any other ideas, how I can use my cable and get the channels in HD?

It seems that the DVB-C module is locked in Asia. I tried a couple of countries, but there is only one Tuner in the service menu, SI_CXD2842. So still only the terrestrial option, no cable.

Can I flash the firmware and change it to an European model UE46F7100?
