Hello,

I have a trouble with my Smart Hub. My TV is UE48J6272SU (made in Hungary).
Using it in Israel.
Everything worked well until I made a general reset to the TV.
Now It says that my Smart is locked due to country incompatibility.
I've been searching for a solution over the net and found some key sequence to be inserted during policy acceptance page.
But, unfortunately, even after reset, when accessing policy page, it is blocked already...
My firmware is the latest one I believe: 1470.3
And seems that I can not downgrade it..

Please assist.

Check Service menu country etc. Might be the issue and solution there.
